文字内容 取込み&払出し
表題の件、VB.NETで作ってみた。(ダサいタイトルやな~)

①プログラム実行
②「文字取得」ボタンを押したら、コピー元の文字を次々にクリック(Escか右クリックで終了)
これで、最大10個の文字列が登録される。
③コピー先の図面を開いたら、文字列の左側のボタンを押す。
④文字をクリックすると書き換わる。

※取得したテキストボックスの文字を書き換えると、書き換えた文字が挿入される。
※「重複文字内容削除」にチェックを入れると、既に取り込んである同じ文字列がリストから削除される。
※マルチテキストには使えません。(changeコマンドで取得&書換えをしてますので)

・・・使えば分るでしょう。

安全を考えて、モッサリモードで動きます。(実用上、問題無いと思いますが)
VB.NET2017で作成。Win10+LT2019で動作確認。Win7~10ならこのプログラムのみで動作可能。(DLLの追加等は不要)

某所で、「base64(上記のアルファベット羅列)の使い方が判らない」
とのご指摘がありましたので、
使い方を説明しようと思ったのですが、
最近は便利なサイトがある事を発見しました。

http://www.convertstring.com/ja/EncodeDecode/Base64Decode

ここでデコードしたら、良いと思われます。
デコードが成功すると、rarファイルが生成されますので、
rarファイルを解凍できる解凍ソフトで解凍してください。

自力でやりたい人や、このようなサイトの利用がセキュリティ的に出来ない人は、
「base64 デコード」等のキーワードで検索すると方法は出てきます。
